Salsa - Sauces - Toppers
This cool condiment doubles as a dressing and a dip. Spoon over salmon or lamb, or serve up with pita bread, sliced cucumbers and your favorite hummus.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
2 SUNSET® Mini Cucumbers, coarsely grated
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp minced fresh dill weed or 1/4 – 1/2 tsp dried
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to one day in advance.
Chef's Notes: Try stirring in a pouf of chopped fresh mint and a splash of olive oil.
