Ingredients
- 1 package Wild Wonders® Mini Peppers and tortilla chips for serving
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey
- 3 cups hummus (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- Chopped Flavor Bombs® Tomatoes
- Minced cilantro
- Diced red onion
- Cubed avocado
- Crumbled cotija cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread the shredded chicken or turkey evenly across the bottom of an 8×11-inch baking dish.
- Add the hummus to the dish, mix it with the chicken or turkey until well combined, and smooth the mixture into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the hummus is warmed through.
- Top with your choice of garnishes, such as cilantro, red onion, avocado, Flavor Bomb Tomatoes, and cotija cheese.
- Serve with Wild Wonders Mini Peppers and tortilla chips for dipping.
