Ingredients

  • 5-6 Sunset Grown Qukes Tiny Mighty Cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Oil Crisp
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds or Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions

  • Rinse, dry and slice cucumbers with a knife or mandolin and set aside.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients in a small bowl or jar, stir and add to a larger bowl along with cucumbers.
  • Toss gently to combine and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes (at least) or pour over the cucumbers and eat immediately.
