Ingredients

  • 1lb package One Sweet® Tomatoes 
  • 1 5oz package baby arugula  
  • 1 8oz container mini mozzarella cheese balls
  • 1 0.5oz package basil
  • 1 whole carrot 
  • 1 edible marker (black)
  • 1 pack of 4in bamboo skewers

Directions

  • Prep the snowman hats by slicing thin slices of mozzarella and cutting the ends of the One Sweet® Tomatoes to make a flat side. Add the slice of mozzarella where the end of the tomato was cut. 
  • Prep the snowman carrot noses by slicing tiny carrot triangles. 
  • Arrange a bed of baby arugula on a platter. 
  • Begin building the snowman by adding a ball of mozzarella onto the skewer, followed by a basil leaf and another mozzarella ball. 
  • Add the prepped snowman hat to the top of the skewer. 
  • Add a face and buttons on the mozzarella balls with an edible marker.
  • Finish the snowman with a carrot nose. 
  • Arrange on the platter, serve, and enjoy!
