Ingredients
- 5-6 Sunset Grown Qukes Tiny Mighty Cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Oil Crisp
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Pinch of salt to taste
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds or Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
- Rinse, dry and slice cucumbers with a knife or mandolin and set aside.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a small bowl or jar, stir and add to a larger bowl along with cucumbers.
- Toss gently to combine and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes (at least) or pour over the cucumbers and eat immediately.
