Form mozzarella into silicone molds and melt in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Allow mozzarella to harden in molds.
Remove the mozzarella from the molds.
Add tomatoes to a large bowl and top with shaped mozzarella and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Serve and enjoy!
